By accessing FareBuild ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
FareBuild is a quoting and booking management platform for aviation charter operators. The Service includes quote generation, aircraft management, scenic flight booking, and client management features.
The Service is offered on a subscription basis with a 30-day free trial. After the trial period, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Service. Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful aviation charter operations. You are responsible for the accuracy of quotes generated and for compliance with all applicable aviation regulations, including CASA requirements.
We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Pricing calculations generated by the Service are estimates and should be verified before use.
We may terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms.
